These features include interchanges between interstates, highways, and arterial roads; airports; intermodal and rail yards; intermodal connectors; railroads and crossings; and Foreign Trade Zone 138. This map is meant to be used in conjunction with the MORPC Freight Base Map. Geography: The Metropolitan Planning Organization area for central Ohio boundary consists of Franklin and Delaware counties; Jerome Township in Union County; Pataskala and Etna Township, as well as the city of New Albany in Licking County; and Violet and Bloom Townships in Fairfield County.
